4-6 bunches of broccoli florets
1/2 of a red onion diced
1lb of crispy fried bacon, crumbled
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of cashews
Dressing
2 cups of Mayo
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 cup of sugar
Mix together. Put salad ingredients in bowl except for cashews. Frost salad with dressing. Let stand 2 hours (no longer). Just before serving, toss salad and add cashews (cashews get mushy).
